Quote Requests

Quotes provided through our website or by our sales team are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Quotes are estimates only and may be subject to change based on material costs, project specifications, or market conditions.

Order Acceptance

An order is not binding until we send you written confirmation (email or written document) accepting your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Product unavailability or stock limitations
Pricing or product information errors
Credit verification issues
Suspected fraudulent transactions
Inability to meet delivery requirements

Payment Terms

For New Customers:

Full payment required before delivery or pickup
Cash, bank transfer, or certified checks accepted
Payment must clear before order processing

For Established Customers:

Credit terms may be available subject to credit approval
Standard terms: Net 30 days from invoice date
Late payment fee: 2% per month on overdue balances
We reserve the right to suspend credit at any time

Bulk Orders & Projects:

50% deposit required upon order confirmation
Balance due before or upon delivery
Custom payment schedules available for large projects

Pricing

All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include:

Value Added Tax (VAT) - 12% will be added to invoices
Delivery charges (calculated separately based on location and volume)
Handling fees for special requirements
Crane or equipment rental for unloading (if required)

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are invoiced at the prices current at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery schedules, but we shall not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Adverse weather conditions
Traffic or road conditions
Force majeure events
Labor disputes or shortages
Material or equipment shortages
Government regulations or restrictions

Delivery Requirements

Customer Responsibilities:

Provide clear, safe, and accessible delivery location
Ensure adequate space for delivery vehicle maneuvering
Provide level, stable ground for unloading
Arrange for sufficient personnel to receive delivery
Obtain necessary permits for road access or closures
Ensure presence of authorized representative during delivery

Failure to meet these requirements may result in additional charges or delivery refusal.

Transfer of Risk & Title

For Delivered Orders:

Risk and title to the products pass to the Customer upon delivery to the specified address. The Customer must inspect products immediately upon delivery and note any visible damage or discrepancies on the delivery receipt.

For Pickup Orders:

Risk and title pass to the Customer upon loading of products onto Customer's vehicle at our facility. Customer is responsible for securing and transporting products safely.

Retention of Title:

For credit customers, we retain legal title to products until full payment is received. Customer may not resell, pledge, or encumber products until payment is complete.

Inspection & Acceptance

Customer must inspect products upon delivery. Claims for shortages, damage, or defects must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to inspect and report issues within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the products.

Limited Warranty

Allied Concrete warrants that our products will, at the time of delivery:

Conform to the specifications stated in the order confirmation
Be free from material defects in materials and workmanship
Comply with applicable Philippine National Standards

Warranty Period: 90 days from date of delivery for manufacturing defects only.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does NOT cover:

Normal variations in color, texture, or dimensions within acceptable tolerances
Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or installation
Defects arising from Customer-supplied specifications or designs
Damage from exposure to chemicals, excessive loads, or environmental factors
Products altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Allied Concrete
Failure to follow installation or usage guidelines
Acts of God, vandalism, or other external causes

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

Notify us in writing within 7 days of discovering the defect
Provide photos, delivery receipts, and detailed description of the issue
Allow our representatives to inspect the products
Do not alter or dispose of defective products before inspection

Remedy Limitation

Our sole obligation under this warranty is limited to, at our discretion:

Replacement of defective products, or
Refund of the purchase price for defective products

We shall not be liable for costs of removal, installation, labor, or any consequential damages.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO OUR PRODUCTS.

Maximum Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Exclusion of Consequential Damages

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Loss of use or downtime
Cost of substitute products or services
Damage to other property or materials
Personal injury or death (except as required by law)
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Claims by third parties

Customer Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Allied Concrete, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Improper use, installation, or application of products
Failure to follow safety guidelines or building codes
Customer's breach of these Terms
Customer-supplied designs, specifications, or instructions
Third-party claims related to Customer's projects

Professional Advice

We manufacture and supply concrete products only. We do not provide:

Structural engineering services or advice
Installation or construction services
Project management or supervision
Architectural or design services

Customers must engage qualified professionals (engineers, contractors, architects) for design, installation, and project oversight.

Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or our products, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. Contact our customer service department to initiate the resolution process.

Mediation & Arbitration

If informal negotiations fail, the parties agree to submit the dispute to:

Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Metro Manila, Philippines
If mediation fails, binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI)
Arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines
The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties

Jurisdiction & Venue

These Terms are governed by Philippine law. For matters not subject to arbitration, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Time Limitation for Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising from these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.
